Can I use a flexi desk address as my registered business address?
Yes. The Monthly Unlimited plan includes a registered business address that can be used for your trade license, Ejari, and official correspondence. This satisfies freezone virtual office requirements for 1–2 visa allocations.
Can I bring clients to meet me at the flexi desk space?
Yes. All plans include meeting room access (day pass: 1 credit, 10-day pack: 2 credits, unlimited: unlimited). Meeting rooms are fully equipped with video conferencing and presentation facilities.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Day passes require no commitment. The 10-Day Pack and Monthly Unlimited plans require a 1-month minimum. We offer discounts for 3-month and 6-month commitments.
Can I upgrade to a private office later?
Yes. Arab First clients can upgrade from flexi to shared office or private office at any time with no penalty. We hold your visa allocation and business address seamlessly through the transition.
