What is the mainland trade name registration?
A mainland trade name registration allows your freezone company to establish a commercial presence in the Dubai mainland registry. This is useful for brand protection and for dealing with mainland government entities. It does not constitute a full mainland branch — that is a separate setup.
Can I use the Growth Package visas for family members?
The 2 employee visas are designed for team members working under the company. If you want to sponsor family members, you would use the investor visa's family sponsorship right — which allows you to sponsor your spouse and children without a separate visa from the package.
Does the Growth Package work for mainland companies?
