Labour Card Cancellation Fee<\/b>:\u00a0No Government fee for Labour Card Cancellation (Dh103+103<\/b>\u00a0service charge to be paid)\u00a0<\/b>at\u00a0Tas’heel Centre.

\nPayment<\/b>\u00a0should be made through E-Dirham Card at\u00a0Tas’heel Centre. You can Buy\u00a0E-Dirham Card\u00a0from any branch of\u00a0National Bank of Abu Dhabi\u00a0<\/b>or from Aafaq Islamic Finance Company counter at Thas’heel branches.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Visa Cancellation Fee<\/b>:\u00a0Dh103\u00a0<\/b>to be paid through Noqodi Wallet of the same company.\u00a0 Typing charge extra.\u00a0
\n+\u00a0<\/b>Company should have User ID and Password for GDRFA online program and cancellation can be done through typing centre without visiting Immigration counter.<\/p>\n

+<\/b>\u00a0When you cancel through online, cancelled stamp is not necessary on the passport. It will show in the system.

\nSTEPS TO FOLLOW
\n+\u00a0<\/b>Type Labour Card Cancellation application from\u00a0Tas’heel Centre\u00a0and put company seal. Signature of the sponsor will come through\u00a0E-signature card\u00a0punching.
\nFee at\u00a0Tas’heel Centre\u00a0Dh103<\/b>.
\n+\u00a0<\/b>Employee’s signature required on labour application under his statement\u00a0I certify that i received all my dues and entitlements<\/i>.

\nEmployee’s Signature:\u00a0<\/b>Employee should not sign before receiving his\/her dues, if any.
\n+\u00a0<\/b>Submit the signed form at\u00a0Tas’heel Centre\u00a0(Dh103<\/b>\u00a0to be paid there).

Grace Period for Visa:<\/b>\u00a030 days from the date of expiry.
\nGrace Period for Labour Card:<\/b>\u00a060 days from the date of expiry.
\nGrace Period for Emirate ID:<\/b>\u00a030 days from the date of expiry.<\/p>\n

You must cancel your visa in the passport within\u00a030\u00a0<\/b>days from the date of labour card cancellation. You cannot fly before cancelling or renewing your visa.\u00a030<\/b>\u00a0days grace period from the date of cancellation counts from the date of Labour Card Cancellation.<\/p>\n

Emirates ID<\/b>: No need\u00a0Emirates ID\u00a0for visa cancellation. ID file will be cancelled automatically along with visa. You should keep a copy of your Emirates ID for the future application. Your ID number will not change and you can renew your Card when you come on new employment visa. Biometrics will not be required next time.<\/p>\n

Cancellation before Stamping Visa<\/b>: You can cancel your visa before\u00a0Medical, ID and stamping visa on your passport. First cancel your work permit file through\u00a0Tas’heel Centre\u00a0and cancel visa from Immigration. You cannot exit UAE before stamping or canceling your visa.

\nDependents Visa:\u00a0<\/b>If the applicant has dependents (spouse, children, maid) under his\/her sponsorship, their visa must be cancelled before canceling sponsor’s visa in the passport. After cancellation, dependents can stay here\u00a030<\/b>\u00a0days without fine. During this period, sponsor can stamp his\/her own visa and then apply for dependents visa. They can change visa inside country without exit by paying\u00a0Dh1230<\/b>\u00a0extra.<\/p>\n

If the cancellation done during the grace period, remaining days will be allowed to stay without\u00a0fine<\/a>. Six months Ban<\/b>\u00a0will be put at the time of\u00a0Employment Visa\u00a0cancellation if he\/she didn’t complete two years with the sponsor and his\/her profession is undergraduate level. . This ban is applicable for Employment Visa only. He\/she can apply for\u00a0Visit\/\u00a0Tourist\/\u00a0Transit\/\u00a0Investor\/ Partner\/\u00a0Spouse\/ Free Zone Visa. Out pass after grace period<\/b>
\nIn Dubai, If you are canceling\u00a0employment visa\u00a0after the grace period, you should pay\u00a0Dh200<\/b>extra for out pass at the time of visa cancellation plus\u00a0Dh25<\/b>\u00a0fine per day. Then you should exit within one week and enter on new visa if you have got new visa. There are\u00a029<\/b>\u00a0days grace period from the date of visa expiry.<\/p>\n

A:\u00a0<\/b>No. You should\u00a0stamp your visa\u00a0on passport or cancel visa directly without medical and ID. Then only you can exit<\/p>\n
