Immigration Establishment Card (Computer Card) Amendment<\/h3>\n

If you have made any changes\/add in Trade License like Name, Activity, Owner, Local Service Agent, Authorized signatory, Legal status, then it has to be changed in Immigration Establishment Card also.<\/p>\n

The following documents are required for card amendment.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Filled application (Can be filled from Typing Centre)
\n+\u00a0Copy of Trade License
\n+\u00a0Copy of the addendum listing the partners’ names in case of\u00a0LLC, issued from the\u00a0Department of Economic Development\u00a0(Second page of the License)<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Copy of authorization attested by Notary Public for authorized signatories. Copy of Memorandum of Association is enough for Managing Director if it is mentioned in Article 9\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0MoA<\/span>.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Local Service Agent Contract (incase of professional license and owner is expat)
\n+\u00a0Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.
\n+\u00a0Valid Tenancy Contract with\u00a0EJARI\u00a0online Registration Certificate.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Amended\u00a0Establishment Card will be issued with the same expiry date of the existing card. If it is the renewal time, card will be\u00a0issued for one year with the same expiry date of trade license.<\/p>\n

Fees:<\/b>\u00a0To be paid at\u00a0AMER Centre. You will get soft copy of the card through mail. No more plastic card.<\/p>\n

Dh573<\/b>\u00a0+\u00a050<\/b>\u00a0for each change (Card renew for one year + amendment)<\/p>\n

The following documents are required to apply for a New Immigration Establishment Card. This Card is mandatory to apply for\u00a0Investor\/Partner\/Employment visa.
\n+\u00a0Filled application (Can be typed from Typing Centre)
\n+\u00a0Copy of Trade License
\n+\u00a0Copy of the addendum listing the partners’ names in case of\u00a0LLC, issued from the\u00a0Department of Economic Development\u00a0(Second page of the License)<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Copy of authorization attested by Notary Public for authorized signatories. Copy of Memorandum of Association is enough for Managing Director if it is mentioned in Article\u00a09<\/b>\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a0MoA<\/span>. To get signature authority, the applicant should have valid Dubai visa. If the expatriate Partner\/Owner doesn’t have valid Dubai Residence\/Employment visa, he\/she can add signature latter after stamping the visa on passport.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Valid\u00a0EJARI\u00a0Registration Certificate.

\nValidity\u00a0of\u00a0Immigration Establishment Card:\u00a0<\/b>One year.<\/b>\u00a0Same expiry date of your trade license.\u00a0

\nFEES:<\/b>\u00a0Dh573<\/b>\u00a0to be paid at\u00a0AMER Center. You will get soft copy of Immigration Card same time and plastic card no more\u00a0available.<\/p>\n
