All Dubai companies having more than 100 employees should submit visa applications through\u00a0www.ednrd.ae<\/a>\u00a0website. Entry permit Employment, New visa stamping, Visa renewal of staff and many other services can be completed without going to Immigration branches.<\/p>\n

Small establishments with less than 100 employees can submit their Immigration related applications through\u00a0AMER Centers.<\/p>\n

Registration Steps:<\/b><\/p>\n

Fill Online\u00a0Registration form<\/a>, put seal of company and Signature of National Sponsor, attach Immigration Establishment Card copy (Minimum Validity: 6 months), License copy and passport copy of local Sponsor and submit at Immigration head office Jafliya, (Near Metro Station). Establishment Card Section, Main Building Left side.<\/p>\n

Other Branches:<\/b>\u00a0Al Tawar Centre, Al Manara Centre, Arabian Centre, Al Khail Mall Centre, DNATA Centre, JLT Centre, Dubai Airport Free Zone Centre, Bin Souqat Centre, DEWA Centre and Dubai Festival City.<\/p>\n

Licenses under the same sponsor can be included in one application.<\/p>\n

Fees:<\/b>\u00a0Take Token, submit at the counter and pay\u00a0Dh3040<\/b>\u00a0at CBD counter inside the hall.<\/p>\n

User ID<\/b>\u00a0and Password will come through Zajel Courier within a week.

\nCBD Account:<\/b>\u00a0After receiving the User ID, apply for CBD (Commercial Bank of Dubai) CashOnline Account. Following documents are required.
\nLogin to\u00a0www.ednrd.ae<\/a>\u00a0with the User ID and Password you received through courier and print the Registration form.

\nHow to Print:<\/b>\u00a0Home> Visa> Administration> Registration> Print Registration Form> Select Company> Choose your Company Name> Submit and Print the Form. Type PRO’s Name, Mobile number, Company Stamp, Sponsor’s Signature and submit at CBD branch near Immigration head office, Jafliya.

\nCBD User ID & Password:<\/b>\u00a0You will get CBD CashOnline User ID, Password & PIN same time.<\/p>\n

RSA Token:<\/b>\u00a0Deposit minimum\u00a0Dh300<\/b>\u00a0to your CBD CashOnline account to apply for RSA Token. This token is required for online submission.

\nTransfer\u00a0Dh240<\/b>\u00a0to Immigration account and apply for RSA Token.\u00a0Dh60\u00a0<\/b>will be charged by CBD for each deposit. So you should deposit more amount if you have more visa transactions.

Short Term Visit:\u00a0Dh390<\/b>Service Visa-Transit (14 days):\u00a0Dh290<\/b><\/p>\n

Visa Stamping Application (Normal):\u00a0Submit the application through\u00a0www.ednrd.ae<\/a>, track application through the site, after approval, Call Zajel on\u00a0800 21111<\/b>\u00a0to collect the documents. After two days Zajel will deliver your visa stamped passport.<\/p>\n
