How can I refund excess bank guarantee of cancelled employees?
\n
\n<\/b>Excess bank guarantee can be refunded through the following procedures:\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Bank Guarantee refund application can be typed from\u00a0Tas’heel Centre.
\nFees: Dh83\u00a0<\/b>to be paid at\u00a0Tas’heel Centre. Payment through e-Dirham or Credit card.<\/p>\n

Mobile App:\u00a0<\/b>If your company uses MOHRE Mobile App, you can apply for bank guarantee refund free of charge.<\/p>\n

Required Documents at Tas’heel Centre:<\/b>
\n+ Original e-Signature Card of the Authorized Signatory
\n+ Labour Establishment Card copy
\n+ Trade License copy<\/p>\n

+ Apply for refund through\u00a0Tas’heel Centre.<\/p>\n

+ Track the application through\u00a0www.mohre.gov.ae<\/a>. Approval will come within some hours. Once it is approved print it from\u00a0www.mohre.gov.ae<\/a>\u00a0and submit to the concerned bank\/finance company with the following documents.
\n+ Approval paper from MOHRE.
\n+ Trade License copy.
\n+ Emirates ID copy of submitting PRO\/Partner
\n+ Filled manual form which is available at the bank (form to be filled if your bank is ALMASRAF).<\/p>\n

Cheque in the Company name:\u00a0<\/b>Bank\/Finance company will issue cheque in the name of your company only.<\/p>\n

If your bank is ALMASRAF Apply through online.<\/p>\n

Open\u00a0www.almasraf.ae<\/a>\u00a0and click on E-guarantee Refund.<\/div>\n
Following documents are required to submit online.<\/div>\n
-Trade License Copy<\/div>\n
– Refund Certificates from MOHRE<\/div>\n
– Power of Attorney (If any)<\/div>\n
– Emirates ID of the submitting person<\/div>\n
– Bank statement\/ Account maintenance certificate<\/div>\n

Cheque will be ready within 14 working days. \u00a0If your bank guarantee is from AAFAQ Finance<\/b>,\u00a0<\/b>cheque will\u00a0<\/b>be ready within\u00a030<\/b>\u00a0days.\u00a0<\/b>If your company does not have bank account, they will issue cheque in the name of the owner whose name is written in the license.
