Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from India (Through Indian Consulate)<\/h3>\n

The following documents are required to apply for PCC at Indian Embassy\/Consulate in UAE:<\/p>\n

1. Application in EAP-II Form.<\/p>\n

2. Five recent photos with white background and frontal view.(5cmx5cm).<\/p>\n

3. Valid Passport in original and photocopy of pages 1,2, last two pages & page containing valid visa.<\/p>\n

4. Personal Particulars Form (in triplicate with pasted photos), If the Passport is issued by other Passport Issuing Authorities.<\/p>\n

5. Latest\u00a0Police Clearance Certificate\u00a0in English (original to be shown) obtained from UAE Police Authority.<\/p>\n

6. Clearance from the Consulate<\/p>\n

7. Personal appearance of applicant is compulsory to establish physical identity.<\/p>\n
