Tawafq, Tawjeeh, Taqieem; MOHRE customer Service Centres<\/h3>\n

Tawjeeh centres\u00a0<\/b>act as a guidance department by revealing relevant data to both ends of the contractual agreement. It will be equipped with guidance professionals to educate customers about labour laws and regulations, labour contracts and issuing work permits, distribute pamphlets and brochures printed in variety of languages with labour related basics.<\/p>\n

Tawjeeh Centers provide awareness and guidance services to employers and workers on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation under an institutional partnership with the private sector that will manage these centres in accordance with the UAE Government Excellence Programme.<\/p>\n

“Tawjeeh” Centers’ Services
\n\u2022 Orient and raise awareness of employers.
\n\u2022 Orient and raise awareness of employees.
\n\u2022 Provide work permit and employment contract delivery services.
\n\u2022 Provide work certificate services to employees.
\n\u2022 Distribute and receive materials and awareness brochures to employees and<\/p>\n

employers.
\nSeven centres in Abu Dhabi and another seven in Dubai currently offer services in 16 languages to workers. The ministry will open another 23 centres by the end of this year, taking the total number of such centres to 37.
\nThe official urged workers – especially those who come to the country for the first time – to visit the centres to understand labour laws and regulations.<\/p>\n
