Employment Visa\/Labour Card Renewal (Company Staff)-UAE<\/h3>\n

How can I renew my Employment Visa and Labour Card?<\/p>\n

Required Documents:\u00a0<\/strong>
\n+ Online application (can be prepared from\u00a0AMER center)
\n+ Original passport of the sponsored employee
\n+ One photograph (white background) of the employee
\n+ Original\u00a0Medical\u00a0certificate
\n+\u00a0Health Insurance
\n+ Copy of labour card renewal receipt from\u00a0Thas’heel Centre
\n+ Copy of\u00a0Emirates ID\u00a0renewal form
\n+ Copy of the valid commercial license
\n+ Copy of valid\u00a0Immigration establishment card<\/p>\n

Fees & Collection\u00a0<\/strong>
\nDh410<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a02<\/strong>\u00a0years Urgent mode. Normal Fees not available.\u00a0Typing charge extra.<\/p>\n

Payment:<\/strong>\u00a0All fees and fine for Residence permits shall be paid at\u00a0AMER center. No need to visit\u00a0Immigration\u00a0office if your application is typed with Normal fee.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Labour Card to be renewed within\u00a060<\/strong>\u00a0days from the date of its expiry.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0You can renew Labour Card if its validity is less than\u00a060<\/strong>\u00a0days.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Visa in Passport and\u00a0Emirates ID\u00a0should be renewed within\u00a030<\/strong>\u00a0days from the date of its expiry.<\/p>\n

Documents Required for Labour Card renewal at Tas’heel Centre<\/strong>
\nPassport Copy with Visa page, Labour Card Copy, one photograph with white background,\u00a0Labour Establishment Card\u00a0Copy and Trade License Copy of the Company.<\/p>\n

Tawjeeh centre:<\/strong>\u00a0After typing the contract, employee should attend the awareness and guidance class conducted by\u00a0Tawjeeh Centre. You can submit the contract then and there.<\/p>\n

e-Dirham Card:\u00a0<\/strong>Payment should be made through\u00a0E-Dirham Card<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0Thas’heel Centre. You can Buy E-Dirham Card from any branch of National Bank of Abu Dhabi or from Aafaq Islamic Finance Company found at Thas’heel branches.<\/p>\n

FINE:<\/strong>\u00a0Dh200 per month up to a maximum of Dh2,000.<\/p>\n

STEPS TO FOLLOW<\/strong><\/p>\n

+ Renew Labour Card from\u00a0Thas’heel Centre\u00a0by paying fees according to Company category. You can check your company category through\u00a0www.mohre.gov.ae<\/a><\/p>\n

Visa:<\/strong>\u00a0You can submit
\nVisa Stamping
\napplication through\u00a0eDNRD<\/a>\u00a0website if your company has User ID and Password or submit through\u00a0AMER center.<\/p>\n

e-Contract and e-Labour card\u00a0<\/strong>online Print:<\/strong>\u00a0You can print copy of your\u00a0Labour Card<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Labour Contract<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0MOHRE<\/a>\u00a0website after 48 hours from the time of submission. You can get the print-out from typing centre also.<\/p>\n

+\u00a0Emirates ID\u00a0will be the new identification document of employees.\u00a0At the time labour inspection, only Emirates ID to be shown to the inspectors.

\n<\/strong>Age above 65 years:<\/strong>\u00a0Labour Card can be renewed according to the the above mentioned fees till the age of\u00a065<\/strong>. After that, normal fees +\u00a0Dh5000<\/strong>\u00a0extra to be paid at the time of renewal. Labour Card validity will be for two years for each renewal. This renewal is unlimited till the company needs such employee’s service.<\/p>\n

Validity of Visa:<\/strong>\u00a0If you are renewing before expiry of the existing visa, the new visa will start from the date of submission.
