Normal Fees not available.\u00a0Typing charge extra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment:<\/strong>\u00a0All fees and fine for Residence permits shall be paid at\u00a0AMER center. No need to visit\u00a0Immigration\u00a0office if your application is typed with Normal fee.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Labour Card to be renewed within\u00a0<strong>60<\/strong>\u00a0days from the date of its expiry.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0You can renew Labour Card if its validity is less than<strong>\u00a060<\/strong>\u00a0days.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Visa in Passport and\u00a0Emirates ID\u00a0should be renewed within\u00a0<strong>30<\/strong>\u00a0days from the date of its expiry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documents Required for Labour Card renewal at Tas&#8217;heel Centre<\/strong><br \/>\nPassport Copy with Visa page, Labour Card Copy, one photograph with white background,\u00a0Labour Establishment Card\u00a0Copy and Trade License Copy of the Company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tawjeeh centre:<\/strong>\u00a0After typing the contract, employee should attend the awareness and guidance class conducted by\u00a0Tawjeeh Centre. You can Buy E-Dirham Card from any branch of National Bank of Abu Dhabi or from Aafaq Islamic Finance Company found at Thas&#8217;heel branches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FINE:<\/strong>\u00a0Dh200 per month up to a maximum of Dh2,000.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEPS TO FOLLOW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>+ Renew Labour Card from\u00a0Thas&#8217;heel Centre\u00a0by paying fees according to Company category. You can check your company category through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohre.gov.ae\/\">www.mohre.gov.ae<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Visa:<\/strong>\u00a0You can submit<br \/>\nVisa Stamping<br \/>\napplication through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ednrd.ae\/\">eDNRD<\/a>\u00a0website if your company has User ID and Password or submit through\u00a0AMER center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>e-Contract and e-Labour card\u00a0<\/strong><strong>online Print:<\/strong>\u00a0You can print copy of your\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohre.gov.ae\/\">Labour Card<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohre.gov.ae\/\">Labour Contract<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohre.gov.ae\/\">MOHRE<\/a>\u00a0website after 48 hours from the time of submission. You can get the print-out from typing centre also.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Emirates ID\u00a0will be the new identification document of employees.\u00a0At the time labour inspection, only Emirates ID to be shown to the inspectors.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Age above 65 years:<\/strong>\u00a0Labour Card can be renewed according to the the above mentioned fees till the age of\u00a0<strong>65<\/strong>. After that, normal fees +\u00a0<strong>Dh5000<\/strong>\u00a0extra to be paid at the time of renewal. Labour Card validity will be for two years for each renewal. This renewal is unlimited till the company needs such employee&#8217;s service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Validity of Visa:<\/strong>\u00a0If you are renewing before expiry of the existing visa, the new visa will start from the date of submission.
