Free Zone employees will have\u00a0separate labour contract and It is subject to Free Zone rules and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Normally, the Contract period is 2 years under MOHRE.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0There are Two Types Contracts;\u00a0Limited\u00a0and Unlimited.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Labour Contract to be signed by both parties and submitted to MOHRE within\u00a0<strong>60<\/strong>days from the date of Entry\/Visa Position Amendment.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Application status can be tracked through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohre.gov.ae\/\">www.mohre.gov.ae<\/a>\u00a0by entering IN number which is printed on the submission receipt.<br \/>\n+\u00a0Labour Contract and Labour Card within 24 Hours:\u00a0You can print e-contract and e-Labour Card from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mohre.gov.ae\/\">www.mohre.gov.ae<\/a>\u00a0or or typing centre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When do you need it?<\/strong><br \/>\n+ Labour contract is required when you apply for\u00a0Family Visa,\u00a0Maid visa,\u00a0Parents&#8217; visa\u00a0or\u00a0visit visa\u00a0under your sponsorship.<\/p>\n<p>Profession change:\u00a0Profession and Salary in Labour Contract can be amended after you receiving labour contract and stamped visa in the passport.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Labour Contract and\u00a0Labour Card\u00a0to be renewed through\u00a0Tas&#8217;heel Centre\u00a0on expiry of its validity, for further Two years.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Renewal can be done if the validity of Labour Card is less than Two months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>+ Required Documents for Labour Card Renewal:\u00a0<\/strong>Copy of Labour Card, Copy of Passport with visa page, Copy of Trade License, Copy of\u00a0Labour Establishment Card\u00a0and One photograph with white background.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0Labour Card\/Work Permit can be renewed till the age of\u00a0<strong>65<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>+\u00a0After\u00a0<strong>65<\/strong>\u00a0years of age, an employee can renew his\/her Labour Card for two years against\u00a0<strong>Dh5000\u00a0<\/strong>plus normal renewal fees according to the Company category.
