Immigration Establishment Card (Computer Card) Amendment
The following documents are required for card amendment.
+ Filled application (Can be filled from Typing Centre)
+ Copy of Trade License
+ Copy of the addendum listing the partners’ names in case of LLC, issued from the Department of Economic Development (Second page of the License)
+ Copy of authorization attested by Notary Public for authorized signatories. Copy of Memorandum of Association is enough for Managing Director if it is mentioned in Article 9 of MoA.
+ Local Service Agent Contract (incase of professional license and owner is expat)
+ Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.
+ Valid Tenancy Contract with EJARI online Registration Certificate.
+ Amended Establishment Card will be issued with the same expiry date of the existing card. If it is the renewal time, card will be issued for one year with the same expiry date of trade license.
Fees: To be paid at AMER Centre. You will get soft copy of the card through mail. No more plastic card.
Dh250 Amendment only
Dh573 + 50 for each change (Card renew for one year + amendment)
NOTE: The application must be submitted by the owner, partner or PRO.
FINE: Dh100 per month after 30 days grace period from the date of expiry.

Immigration Establishment Card-New (Dubai)
The following documents are required to apply for a New Immigration Establishment Card. This Card is mandatory to apply for Investor/Partner/Employment visa.
+ Filled application (Can be typed from Typing Centre)
+ Copy of Trade License
+ Copy of the addendum listing the partners’ names in case of LLC, issued from the Department of Economic Development (Second page of the License)
+ Copy of authorization attested by Notary Public for authorized signatories. Copy of Memorandum of Association is enough for Managing Director if it is mentioned in Article 9 of MoA. To get signature authority, the applicant should have valid Dubai visa. If the expatriate Partner/Owner doesn’t have valid Dubai Residence/Employment visa, he/she can add signature latter after stamping the visa on passport.
+ Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.
+ Valid EJARI Registration Certificate.
Validity of Immigration Establishment Card: One year. Same expiry date of your trade license.
FEES: Dh573 to be paid at AMER Center. You will get soft copy of Immigration Card same time and plastic card no more available.
+ If the application is Urgent, Establishment Card can be collected same time.
Submission: The application should be submitted by the owner, partner or PRO.
FINE: Dh100 per month after 30 days grace period from the date of expiry.

Establishment Card Fine in Sharjah: 30 days grace period from the date of expiry. Then fine Dh1000 and Dh100 for every day plus Dh20 Service Charge.Validity of Establishment Card in Ajman: Two years
