The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) will require the Emirates ID of employers or their representatives or authorized signatories as a prerequisite and mandatory requirement for registering or renewing an establishment annually.
The Ministry called for producing their original Emirates identity card and update data before signing prerequisite forms. This step aims at overcoming obstacles of communicating with the concerned parties in a proactive and effective manner.
The validity of data will be one year from the last update. The card will also be produced once a year, even if the owner has more than a single establishment. The data will be subsequently updated any time.
