The conditions for recruiting domestic workers to the UAE have been revised. Recruitment can now be done only through Tadbir centers under the Ministry of Manpower and Indigenization.Due to this, both the employee and the employer can escape from the exploits of the recruiting agency.
Nannies, babysitters, domestic drivers, gardeners, cleaners, private tutors and private nurses all fall under the category of domestic workers.If you intend to recruit the same nationals as the sponsor, you must obtain a no-relationship certificate from the embassy of that country. The documents to be submitted to Tadbeer Centers are: passport copy, photograph, sponsor’s passport copy, visa, photograph, tenancy contractor, labor contract, electricity bill, bank statement.
